Veggie Stir Fry with Chili Garlic Sauce
This colorful veggie stir fry is the ultimate Tier 1 dinner: flavorful, oil-free, and super satisfying. Tossed in Mrs. Skeleton's signature Chili Garlic Stir Fry Sauce, it delivers big taste with simple ingredients. Customize it for Tier 2 or 3 by adding noodles, rice, or protein. This dish is flexible enough to fit the whole Skeleton Pyramid!

🥣 Chili Garlic Stir Fry Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1.5 tbsp sugar
-
1 tsp minced garlic
-
1 tsp chili garlic sauce (any oil-free brand)
-
1/2 tsp ground ginger
-
2 tsp cornstarch
-
2 tbsp water
-
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional, or to taste)
To prepare:

In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water. Whisk with a fork.

In the same bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, chili garlic sauce, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Combine the mixture and stir until smooth and runny. Set aside.
🥬 Vegetable Mix (~5-6 cups total)

1 baby bok choy, chopped lengthwise

1 bell pepper, roughly chopped (any color)
-
4–5 mushrooms, sliced

1/2 small onion, chopped
-
1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
-
3/4 cup carrot chips, (or sliced whole carrots)
🔥 Cooking Instructions

Heat a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of water if needed to prevent sticking.

Add chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, baby bok choy and cook another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the prepared sauce and stir to coat all the veggies.

Continue stirring for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
